  11. Dear Computer Modem user:

  13.         We are please to offer electronic tax filing for the first time to
  14. anyone with a modem, with a program that has been I.R.S. approved!  The
  15. fastest method possible, even possible then Tele-Tax.  As with Tele-Tax,
  16. we still have to have signed forms in our possession, before we can
  17. transmit to the IRS.  However, we are doing the data entry for the IRS,
  18. and computer verifying every return.  This means that your return is
  19. processed as soon as we transmit it to the IRS.

  21.         E-TAX (tm) is an organization comprised of Computer experts, IRS
  22. Approved Transmitters, IRS Approved Tax Preparers, E-TAX "Drop-Off
  23. Collection Points", and Data Entry Operators.  E-TAX is set up to
  24. process Electronic Tax Filings within 24 hours of receipt.

  26.         All Clients will be notified with FORM 9325-A by mail, upon IRS
  27. acknowledgement of successful E-TAX transmission.  FORM 9325-A includes
  28. such information as, the IRS SERVICE Bureau your return was
  29. electronically filed, the Declaration Control Number (DCN) assigned to
  30. your return, and when your return was accepted by the IRS.  This
  31. information is very important should you need to inquire with Tele-Tax
  32. about your tax refund.
